General Annual Meeting On October 24, 2026 10am

at our gated access lot/water front area

(Be prepared to Vote) 1 vote per house/property with dues paid in full & up to date

Gate lock change was on June 20, 2026 after our General Annual meeting.

Neighbors, please pay our required $75 annual dues. Get your gate key 2026-2027 (turn in your old key) at our annual meeting at the table, we recycle. Lost/missing keys are an extra $25 in addition to your $75 dues.

Make check payable to Bahia Bay Community Association & please write your property address on your check for our treasurer.

Or, if unable to attend Annual general meeting on 6-20-26, contact Kat Cook (treasurer) at 704-895-5311 (please be respectful of times) to pick up key and/or pay dues by check or money order (put property address). Or, can mail payments to Bahia Bay Community Association, P.O. Box 1202, Cornelius, NC 28031 plus please write your property address on your check. (can print invoice out from New-invoice web page or can email to you)

Or, can pay online by PayHOA at https://app.payhoa.com/auth/login or scan barcode on the May Newsletter.

A 10% penalty will be applied to any outstanding dues if not paid in full within 120 days of the due date of June 1st.

Join us for 27th Annual

Bahia Bay Boo Bash October 24, 2026 3pm -6pm

October 2026 Food, live music, costume contest, bounce house (bring socks), & more. All ages welcome & wear a costume! Bring a dish &/ or fixings to share, your favorite beverage. Barbecue & hot dogs provided by Bahia Bay social fund. Volunteers needed to help! Please contact Melissa L. text at 773-336-9270 to decorate or clean-up & email melissa.lungarini11@gmail.com.
